How To: Massage gently onto the bottoms of the feet for optimal absorption.
Suggested Use:
Adults & Teens (9+): Apply 2 grape-sized amount daily to the bottoms of the feet before bed.
Children 4–8 years: Apply a 1-1.5 grape-sized amount daily to the bottoms of the feet before bed. 
Children 1–3 years: Apply 1/2 grape-sized amount every other day to the bottoms of the feet.
Infants Under 1 year: Apply a pea-sized amount every other day.

Do not use it if the skin seems uncomfortable or aggravated after use.
Note: A mild tingling sensation is normal during initial uses and usually fades over time. Discontinue use if it persists.
